Q. Where can I dine before a show?
A. Signature’s own Ali’s Bar in the Mead Lobby offers a delightful selection of savories including soups, sandwiches, and salads, as well as a host of delectable sweets. The surrounding Shirlington Village also features numerous fine restaurants ranging from American fare to Asian cuisine to Mexican delights and microbreweries.

Q. What time should I arrive at the Theatre? What if I arrive late?
A. You can unwind in the Signature lobby with a cup of coffee or glass of wine from Ali’s Bar, which opens one hour prior to curtain. The interior doors to the Theatre open approximately 15 minutes before curtain for seating. Please be aware that there is no late seating at Signature Theatre, so allow plenty of time to arrive and find parking.

Q. Where do I park?
A. Parking is available in the numerous free, public garages adjacent to or near Signature Theatre.

See map below for more information.

Q. Where will I be sitting?
A. Since Signature’s theaters are flexible, black box spaces, seating configurations change from show to show.

Q. I’ve lost my tickets. What do I do?
A. Please contact the Box Office at (703) 820-9771 and we will gladly re-print your tickets. Your replacement tickets can be mailed or will be waiting for you at the Box Office on the day of the performance.

Q. What accessibility services do you offer?
A. Signature is accessible to patrons with disabilities. For listening assistance during performances, our infrared system, which amplifies the sound on stage, is available free of charge. Devices may be picked up at the Box Office. If you require special seating needs, please contact the Box Office at (703) 820-9771 so that we can accommodate your request upon your arrival.

Q. What if I can’t use my tickets?
If you are unable to use your tickets for a show, you may donate them back to Signature. Please call prior to your performance date and we will arrange for your donation. Tickets can not be donated back after your performance date has passed.

Q. Do children need a ticket and do you have any age restrictions?
A. Yes, every patron must have a ticket for admission and due to the nature of Signature's programming and the intimate size of our theaters, no one younger than 6 years old will be admitted into the theater. Subscribers receive half-off the regular ticket price for youth age 6 through 18 for all the mainstage shows. Please be aware that some shows may not be suitable for children. Signature's Box Office is happy to provide guidance on the age-appropriateness of a particular show. Please call the Box Office at (703) 820-9771 to purchase your discounted youth tickets and for age-appropriate information.
